Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, cut the top of the lobster tail shell down the middle, making sure not to cut into the meat.
3. Carefully loosen the meat from the shell and lift it up so it sits on top of the shell. This will help the lobster tail cook evenly and also make it look more impressive on the plate.
4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and paprika and stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
5. Brush the melted butter mixture generously over the lobster tails, making sure to coat the meat and the shell.
6. Season the lobster tails with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and opaque.
8. Remove the lobster tails from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges and serve hot.
This lobster tail recipe is a great way to impress your guests without spending hours in the kitchen. It's quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. Serve it with a simple side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete and elegant meal. Enjoy
